Error login on owncloud after upgrade from 10_8.X to 10_11.X

Hi, guys thans for time and help, after upgrading from 10.8 to 10.11 i It is impossible for me to log in, I put the username and password and it returns me to the login window without errors or without indicating the wrong username and password.

OS: CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
WebServer: Server version: Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS)
PHP: PHP 7.3.33 (cli) (built: Jun 7 2022 08:45:21) ( NTS )

1 - i set the loggin to verbose or everithing and i don’t see any error on the log
2 - Delete Cache
3 - Private navigation
4 - Diferente PC, WEB Explorer
5 - Restart Server

You didn’t tell something about your upgrading. I assume something failed there.

Hard to believe. Which one, php log or ownCloud log. Please give more info.

unable to upload file say the forum system, next logs from owncloud.log
