Steps to reproduce
- Log in on the portal
- Go to “Administration”
Actual behaviour
Owncloud seems to work correctly but this error message appears in red color : “Error occurred while checking server setup”. What is the cause of it ?
Server configuration
Operating system: Linux Red Hat 7
Web server: Apache
Database: MySql
PHP version: 5.X
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.1
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: Fresh install

please see your logfiles as described there to see whats wrong in your environment.

Very strange because owncloud seems to work correctly.
