Error occurred while checking server setup

Steps to reproduce
1. Log in on the portal
2. Go to "Administration"

Actual behaviour
Owncloud seems to work correctly but this error message appears in red color : "Error occurred while checking server setup". What is the cause of it ?

Server configuration
Operating system: Linux Red Hat 7
Web server: Apache
Database: MySql
PHP version: 5.X
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.1
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: Fresh install

please see your logfiles as described there to see whats wrong in your environment.

Very strange because owncloud seems to work correctly.
