I have installed the client version ownCloud-2.3.0.6780 for windows.
But you can not connect to the Owncloud server, in version 9.1.4 in an installed hosting.
Appears the next message:
Error transferring http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/owncloud/remote.php/webdav - server replied: Not Acceptable
Could you give me any idea about the cause of this problem?

The connection by the sync client is done via WebDAV which seems to be broken at your environment. There is a FAQ available here at the forums [1] providing all known info how to fix your environment.
As you're on a shared hosting it might be also possible that this package is not supporting or blocking WebDAV. Contacting the support of your hoster about this issue might be another option.
