Dear friends!

I’m trying to install owncloud on my server OVH.

But when I want to register the admin account, I have this error message:

Error while trying to create admin user: X-Request-ID must be 20-200 bytes of chars, numbers and -+/_=.:

I tried a password with Maj Numbers and chars, numbers and -+/_=.: for more than 20 chars and the message follows to popup…

Is this possible to fix?

Are you using a root server, or a special shared hosting product?
Shared hosting is unsupported, so it can be quite difficult to find somebody who has a similar setup…

EDIT: Are you trying to install 10.6 or 10.5? Complete or minimal tarball?
