Excel File Sync issues

Hi All,

We are facing issues with one of User have Excel files, after some changes the sync not executed. we tried to sync but always showing us Sync is in progress.

Please provide us the valid reasons.

@kamran is the file still open? On Windows, Excel can lock the file, so the sync client can’t sync it. Does sync starts after file has been closed?

One of our user having this issue, when he creates New excel file and update the data into File and then sync goes in progress continuously. if we change or modify the excel file, after that also sync issues appear. required to know what is happening on clients side and resolve that issues.
