Without access to your command line download the data/owncloud.db to your local
computer or access your SQL server remotely and run the select query:
SELECT * FROM `oc_appconfig` WHERE `appid` = 'user_ldap';

Eventually replace sensitive data as the name/IP-address of your LDAP server or groups.

ownCloud only knows about files, that have been added through it’s interface. So you either have to upload them via the WebUI or the sync client. If you have some files in your backend that aren’t visible through ownCloud you can usually run the occ files:scan command.
Not sure how well this works in combination with S3, but give it a go and let us know.

@eneubauer: Thank you for your reply. I have tried the occ files:scan command, still the same issue.

I will try the sync client and update.

Sync client helped a bit, but not fully. Now we’re able to view some of the folders those were uploaded using the sync client while we are unable upload or sync the remaining ones.
