Files and folders are not shownig owncloud web interface

Suddenly, files and folders are not showing from the web interface while all files and folders are available by log into the server.

Can you please assist us?

You could try to rescan all files by running

$ /usr/bin/php occ files:scan --all

This helps usually.

Thank you for the update, but we are getting below error while using below command.

[root@owncloud /]# /usr/bin/php /home/www/html/owncloud/occ files:scan --all
This version of ownCloud requires at least PHP 7.0.7
You are currently running PHP 5.6.40. Please update your PHP version.

Then maybe the rescan command is something different. No clue, sorry.
