Files become zero sized

We noticed that some files in our 10.2.1 installation have become zero sized on the server file system.

A search for zero size files on the server revealed that this has been ongoing for quite a while and the latest occurrence is just some days ago.

We’ve been looking into owncloud.log for any clues on what might have happened. But there is no mention of the file or files in question, even though log_level is set to 1 (INFO).

Without even a hint of how we would be able to reproduce your error it’s going to be very hard to reproduce this issue.
