Files dont Sync auto in web version

Hello people,

I have a problem with my owncloud version 10.3.2
for some users all files are not being loaded, but when I go directly to the folder and create a file, all the files in that folder appear again for the user, could someone help me in this matter?

Perhaps try to run a an occ files:scan --all?

How did you get into this situation? Did you run an upgrade, did you migrate, …?
