Files stored in owncloud visible to some while invisible to some accounts

Hi supporters,

I’ve got trouble with owncloud: the files we stored on owncloud are visible to some accounts, but invisible to other account. Please be informed that these accounts have been share the same permission. In addition, some files in the same folder are hidden to some accounts while the other accounts of the same permission can view all. Please tell me what happen to these accounts with hidden files and how to sold this problem?

Hey, if i’m creating a new thread here i’m getting an issue template presented which is asking me various information like ownCloud version and similar which seems to be completely missing for your post.

I think that template is shown for a reason and its probably the best if you could spare some time and provide that information.
