Sorry, but I can't understand ho to fix this problem on ownCloud 9.0.6:

Please update to the latest ownCloud 9.0.8 (or even 9.1.4) -> https://owncloud.org/changelog/#latest9.0

Then the message should disappear. If not make sure that you're using the correct transfer method of the files like explained in the documentation linked at that message.

just done. but from this afternoon owncloud is disappeared!!!
may I reboot the computer?
