Folder doesn't sync at desktop although visible in browser

Hello

My colleague has an issue with one shared folder that he can access in browser, but it doesn't sync on the desktop. What can we try to fix this?

ownCloud version: 8.2

Can't tell you like that. Check your logfiles, also the client (F12 opens the logging window)? Does it work for you?

Btw. ownCloud 8.2 is end of life. Please upgrade to at least 9.0.
