Getting code integrity check after upgrading to 9.0

I'm getting this error after upgrading to 9.0 online. Can anyone tell me how to fix. I don't have a lot of linux experience.

Could you say what information is missing in the linked documentation which could help you to solve this issue? Have you used the search function of the forums to search for that error?

these two files don't belong to owncloud - why are they there?
general advise: remove them
