It seems that webdav.org has been down for a while now, and this is causing a single task in the Travis builds to mark it as an error 
never mind, I emailed the server admins and webdav.org is back up ...
I still wonder whether there's a way to make litmus use a local... whatever that is that it's trying to fetch from webdav.org ??
webdav.org is down again as of now - I'll grab the tar and place it on github .....
