Headless installation linux

Second install of owncloud on a headless Odroid 64 bit SBC,
all seemed to have gone ok untill getting to the installation wizard
Last time I installed I did see the apache2 test page, this time not
But <ip_address of the server>/owncloud brings up the owncloud page with the
“You are accessing the server from an untrusted domain” splash
So I have edited /var/www/config/congig.php and now have

  'trusted_domains' =>
  array (
    0 => 'localhost',
    1 => '192.168.1.98',
  ),

the 192 ip address is that of my laptop, restarted apache2, and getting the same untrusted message, I have also tried 192.168.1.0/24 , even rebooted, any ideas please

What is NOT in the documentation is the IP address of the server needs to in the trusted domains, found that in replies to all the grief this problem gives

There is a pretty detailed installation guide at Detailed Installation Guide :: ownCloud Documentation that is also mentioning trusted domains.
