Help - signing in via desktop-app doesn't work

Hello!

After signing in with my desktop-app there's a note that the server doesn't allow the connection.
I created an app-password in the web-interface. I can't find a solution.
I installed owncloud on an 1&1-Server. Have the recent php-version.

Is there anything I forgot to prepare?

Which server version? Does demo.owncloud.org work?
