Installed latest Windows app. Fresh install of Owncloud 9.1.0. Working ok. But when I try to use the Windows Sync program it doesn't sync properly and gives me errors that I have no idea are. Is there anyone that can understand this?

I extracted all the Owncloud files in the main public_html folder and then just brought up the web page in a browser which let me configure the first account and input the DB information.
I see the 503 errors but no information about anything. I also disabled my firewall in case that was it. I also opened a ticket with my ISP that hosts the VPS. Something is not turned on or something somewhere.
Sorry about not inputting the specs on the server. I will.
The system is CentOS 7 64bit. It is a VPS. Has 2GB of memory and plenty of hard drive space. I have root access to the system.Web server is Apache. MySQL is 10. Owncloud v9. Does the Owncloud sync program use WebDAV for transferring the files?
When I try to access using WebDAV via the web browser using a username and password it comes back with, that's what the Owncloud Windows app uses, right? Also, I'm still searching for the server owncloud.log file. Found it.
Just to make sure: {"reqId":"V9slPN-qPf0KBToT9nj1uQAAAAY","remoteAddr":"your-ip","app":"PHP","message":"fopen(\/home\/diggscloud\/public_html\/data\/Michael\/files\/Photos\/Paris.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory at \/home\/diggscloud\/public_html\/lib\/private\/Files\/Storage\/Local.php#273","level":3,"time":"2016-09-15T22:48:29+00:00","method":"GET","url":"\/remote.php\/webdav\/Photos\/Paris.jpg","user":"Michael"}
This file does exist on your file system? And there is no restriction from mod_security or SELinux that prevents access?
No, I have deleted the stock photos that came with it, but used the Owncloud web interface. I didn't remove them with SFTP or anything like that. I can remove the account and re-create it. And if any files were deleted manually, this would be a symptom?
I re-created my admin account which put back the stock photos and document file. After I did that I restarted the sync client and it finally synced up without errors. I tested it out by copying files into the local Owncloud folder and the files did populate when looking at the web interface. All this time and looking deep into the logs to find out if you delete files any other way besides the Sync client or web interface you will break the sync client. I'm not sure why this would happen, but Owncloud has some pretty strict and tight processes. I always using some kind of SFTP client, so I need to make sure when dealing with Owncloud DO NOT touch any of the files manually. Maybe one day we will be able to use FTP as the admin to quickly move files to users folders and all that jazz.
Thanks for the help. Next on my list is to figure out how to turn on caching.
