Hide the settings and users button for users

I am new to this magnificent ‘owncloud’ platform, I am using ownCloud version 10.14.0,

I come to you so that if possible someone can help me;
hide the settings and users button for users in the web interface

i don’t think that this is possible in ownCloud with a configuration option. You would need to look into the ownCloud code on your own, identify the parts and then try to modify the code to not show it accordingly.
