How can I remove the apps button?

I want to delete this apps button,but I can't find the php code (\owncloud\apps\provisioning_api\lib\apps.php) .

Server configuration
Operating system: Ubuntu14.04
Web server:OC9.1.3
PHP version:5.6
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page):
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install:

There is a config.php setting for that [1], not need to modify code (the file you had a look was completely wrong anyway).

FYI: this button is only available for admins

Just disable the gallery app??

The two buttons (gallery and apps ) are not visible and available in the admin mode.
