How can I sync only a few times a day?

Hi there,

my computer is running almost all the time. How can I set my owncloud client to sync only like 2 or 4 times a day or like at a specific time.

This is not possible within the sync client. The architecture of the sync client is designed to sync instantly as soon as changed files are detected.

Only thing you could do is sync manually. This means that you would pause the sync and then unpause when you want it, etc.
