How clear Owncloud cache

Hey,
i change Owncloud apache cert but how i take flush cache in Owncloud ?
My conf:
ubuntu server 16.04
apache the latest
Owncloud 10.0.2
NB: when i clear browser cache, then work perfect, but many people can not do it...

Why do you need to clear the cache - what is the wider issue you are facing here? There are several layers that could possibly be caching data. Browser, http proxy, http server, data cache in owncloud (redis, memcache) for example.
