How do I delete my forum account?

So I’m doing a bit of a “digital cleanup” and deleting/closing disused or otherwise dormant online accounts… But I cannot seem to find out how to close/delete this account.

How do I delete/close my forum account here?

I can anonymize and deactivate your user. The posts would stay alive then, but your identity would be protected and the account disabled. Is this okay for you?
