How to backup and restore owncloud from on premise to aws?

Please help me to migrate owncloud on premise to aws .

I recommend an upgrade of your ownCloud first. Take a backup of all files and create a database dump of your ownCloud then.
Install ownCloud on AWS. That’s available as an image on AWS marketplace.
Replace the database with your dump and add your data.
