How to configure desktop app from terminal or config file

Is it possible to configure the desktop app on a macOS device using the terminal or a config file?

Installing the app via MDM, but can’t see how to add a user account or settings to the client once installed. Would prefer not having to rely on end user to configure if possible.

Looks more like themeing of the installer but not actual configuration of the client. That appears to be an add-on with “professional services”.
