How to disable auto create folder

Hello all, we have ownCloud 9.1.4 (stable) it’s base at Ubuntu.
Server have only 100Gb HDD. Any work folder mapped via SMB.
Question is, how to disable automatically create folder “documents, photo” for new user.

Delete the contents of “core/skeleton/”

But that causes the integrity check to show a warning or am i wrong? At least the documentation [1] is saying that the skeletondirectory config.php options should be added with an empty value to get this behavior disabled.

Another question…how to deny create any file, folder, etc in main user folder.
Because if i make only read permission at folder /data, cloud don’t have access to create “user profile”
