How to Disable Server-Side Encryption?

Hi,
I enabled server-side encryption thinking that if I disabled the default encryption module it wouldnt encrypt any longer. This works but shows an error message saying default encryption module not loaded and restricts file management. Is there anyone to disable the encryption fully?

Where it says ’ Deactivate Master Key-based Encryption’ will this disable server-side encryption.
