How to reset MFA for a user with LDAP


We have an Owncloud instance which we have configured with LDAP for authentication. I have installed the 2-Factor Authentication app and it appears that there is no server-level administration for the app; users enroll themselves for 2FA. We use 2FA on our other line-of-business applications and users need help on a somewhat regular basis with resetting 2FA codes due to lost phones/wiped phones/etc. How would we handle this scenario, short of just disabling the 2-Factor app altogether?
