Hi.
I'm a noob as a programmer, but I can manage some simple stuff.
I want to "hire" (not in term for work, but as a one-time job) a pro, who would:
- teach me how to do simple stuff (update, mainetance, tweak)
- do these for a first time with me
Where can I find help like this? In-real-life (we are located in Poland) would be the optimal, but also some teleconference will be okay.
And the crucial info is, that I would need an invoice with VAT-ID for these services.
Could someone be so kind to help me find help?
