In Crypt.php line 483: Bad Signature when executing files:checksums:verify

When executing the command occ files:checksums:verify it fails with error message In Crypt.php line 483: Bad Signature

occ encryption:disable
Encryption is already disabled.

occ encryption:status

  • enabled: true
  • defaultModule: OC_DEFAULT_MODULE

All files are decrypted via encryption:decrypt-all

All services and syncronization are operational.
I dont know how to proceed/troubleshoot this issue.
