Integrity Scan failed

I was setting the http security to https by modifying the ht*** file according to the manual instructions, but on saving the file OwnCloud returned a security scan failed message. How can I clear this?

Everything above the line is exactly as it was when I installed OwnCloud, I only added the section below as recommended in the documentation.
