Hi, I want to integrate the login system of my website, with the login of owncloud.

If you are simply looking for a centrally managed identity solution that can manage users who need access to both your ownCloud instance and a WordPress instance, that can be done.

The specifics drift off topic for this forum. Using an identity provider that has LDAP access would offer native integration with ownCloud and the Authorizer plugin adds that capability to WordPress.
