This is a known issue which was fixed some time back …

Which version are you running. The fix is in 10.0.6+

I also dont know how to use the bug fix.

Without the server logs I cannot say anything.

Hi Deepdiver1975,

Sorry for only replying back now. I have tried the latest client daily build on the clients PCs as I thought that might help but I still get an internal server error on all clients.

I could not upload the log file as it exceeds the limit. will you be able to download it from the following link?

Hi DeepDiver. I am not sure if this is the correct log because it does not show any errors at the times I get Internal server errors on the clients.

I’m getting similar issue with only one user. He’s getting “500 Internal Server Error” on two files and a “401 Fobidden” on another file while trying to sync via the ownCloud client.

Running:

Hey,

i think this is your main issue. It looks to me that your database server can’t handle the connection requirements of ownCloud.

This looks me to also like something you need to fix within your PHP configuration to get some cleaner logs.

unfortunately i don’t have any experiences with shared hosters.

But from what i have read in the past a shared hosting server might be not the recommended platform to run an advanced software like ownCloud. Some environments are having restrictions / limitations like you have seen in your logfiles or the provider even disallows running software like ownCloud via their terms and conditions.
