Interner Server Eroor nach onlyoffice update

Hallo Owncloud-Forum,
More details can be found in the server log.).

Vielen Dank

Hey,

i’m only able to answer in English:

I think it could be possible that the new onlyoffice version isn’t compatible with PHP 7.0 anymore. Maybe you can create an issue about that for the app developer here so that they can add a check for this:

Thanks tom42, I also suspect that PHP7.0 is the problem.
Unfortunately, my Owncloud is unusable because of this.
How do I solve the problem?
I’ll try upgrading the server.
I hope this helps.
Wish me luck

The problem is solved.

  1. upgrade the Ubuntu server to 18.04
  2. Install php7.2 (php7.2-bz2, php7.2-imagick…)
  3. completely uninstall php7.0
  4. disable onlyoffice (sudo -u www-data php occ app:disable onlyoffice)
With this Owncloud is again accessible and usable.

I will take care of onlyoffice later.
