Ios: unable to open this file please make sure it exists

Hi,

I installed owncloud 10.0.10 (stable) and everything works fine via web but unable to use iPhone app (iphone 7, all up to date) as I get ‘unable to open this file please make sure it exists every time I want to open folder or file.’

Tried with different users.

owncloud is installed on rasberry pi (apache server) with ssl enabled.

Any suggestions?

Does app use different port to connect to server? I though maybe this port is blocked on my router? Its just my guess.

Is your ownCloud instance exposed to the public internet. Could you create a test account and send credentials to apps<at>owncloud.com ?
