Is it possible to have multi-user on OC using WebDav?

I am setting up OC for 2 users. We both have chromebooks using the WebDav plugin. I can get access to OC, but only shows the main folder. Is it possible to set up individual folders for each of us.
Example:
"https://mydomain/owncloud/remote.php/webdav/folder1" and "https://mydomain/owncloud/remote.php/webdav/folder2"
I have set these up in my NAS as well as a shared folder.
I have this setup in Personal for each:

and I have this setup in Admin for the shared:
(as a new user I was unable to post this one)
When I add to chromebook I can access: "https://mydomain/owncloud/remote.php/webdav/" and enter user name and password, it doesn't matter which user I still get the same folder. On Linux I can only access davs://https://mydomain/owncloud/remote.php/webdav/ and I can only enter one or the other I can't login to both accounts at the same time. This is ok, I really only need one. I was testing before giving to access to the other user.

Big thanks to everyone who peeked at my post. I figured this one out. I cannot have two webdav on the same system. I tried this setup on two computers with each login and they work. we both have access to our OC server.
