Hi there, I am trying to see how i can lock a file for editing while someone has it open, Only once they have saved the file should someone else be able to open it?

Via config option you can enable the manual file locking in the UI.

Hi just went into the web gui and can find it anywhere
You didn’t mention the server version you are using. The option is present, at least in 10.9 and 10.8. Find the docs here.
