Is there an activity and active user log available?

Expected behaviour
Have a global activity and active user log.

Actual behaviour
As fas as I know there's only the Activity app that shows all activity for my account not all activity by all users and log all active sessions.

Server configuration
Operating system: CentOS 6.8
Web server: Apache 2.2
Database: MySQL
PHP version: 5.4
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.1

Moved to the feature requests category as no such global activity for all users is included in oC.
