Hi!
I need your help on a non-critical issue with the warning messages (see below). Owncloud is fully working despite of that, and last time i could see the warnings, it tolds that cache is not configured, that's all...

Steps to reproduce
1. Go on administration page
2. Warning messages in the top of the page are no longer displayed
3. An error message is displayed (see in actual behaviour section)
Expected behaviour
Warnings message should be desplayed in the top of the admin page
Actual behaviour
An error message is displayed : an error occured when verifying the server configuration
Server configuration
Operating system: CentOS 7
Web server: Apache
Database: PostgreSQL
PHP version: 5.5
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.4
