Expected behaviour
Files in folders should be marked as “favourite” (yellow star on the left) when processed
Situation: customers upload files into their individually created folders (individually created upload link) that need to be processed by our team. To know which filed have been worked on an which not the ready ones should be marked as “favourite”
Actual behaviour
all files types (pdf / xlsx / txt / etc.) can be marked EXCEPT jpg
error message (German: “Es ist ein Fehler beim Aktualisieren der Tags aufgetreten”)
translated: ”An error occured while updating the tags”
Steps to reproduce

used any browser (firefox, chrome, duck duck etc)

ried with three different users with different user rights

tried on different notebooks and operating systems (windows and Mac - except smartphones / App as function is not available there)

It is not hosted on our own server, I was provided the web address above when booking the software via OwnCloud in 2021. Since then some structured within the company obviously have changed and I do no longer have direct support.
