My suggestion is to make a new develop of Kanban Deck App for Owncloud.
That App it will be very usefull for the users of Owncloud.

if you think this is useful then i think you need to either find a developer or you could write such an app on your own by following https://doc.owncloud.org/server/10.6/developer_manual/app/introduction.html.
Not sure if the ownCloud people would be implement something like this because as far as i know they are focusing on the file sync and sharing topic.
