Limit file uploads to a folder

Hello,
I have several folders created in Owncloud.
In one of them I need to limit the upload of files to those with a .png extension and a size less than 500kb.
Is it possible to do this? How can I do it?

Thanks for the info.
I have the Community version installed… so the enterprise app does not solve my problem.

Community edition doesn’t do what you are asking. You will need Enterprise or another solution.
