Live Sync of MS Outlook pst and Mozilla ThunderBird file

Hello!
I want to live sync MS Outlook pst & Mozilla Thunderbird email data files into ownCloud.
Is it possible? If any body using live syncing of Outlook pst file please share the experiances.

Server configuration

Operating system: Centos 7

Web server:

Database:Mariadb

PHP version: 7.2

ownCloud version: 10.2

Client configuration

Client version: 2.5.4

Operating system:Windows 7 & 10

OS language: Enligsh

There are known issues with *.eml files:
https://doc.owncloud.org/desktop/2.5/faq.html#some-files-are-continuously-uploaded-to-the-server-even-when-they-are-not-modified

In some cases, also *.pst files could cause some load, but the team improved the sync client to make it more robust:

Hello Dear!
I already testing syncing of Outlook .pst file. It is syncing but some times shows following errors attached here:

Client Windows Version: Windows 10
Outlook Version: MS Outlook 2016

Please help how could i resolve.
