I’ve moved from an Intel based MacBook to a M2 Mac Mini recently. I’ve installed the desktop sync client with no issues, setup all the folders as I used to do on the old laptop, sync works fine.
However, every time I restart the computer, the client doesn’t start automatically, even though the “Start on login” option is checked in the settings. I’ve also tried manually adding the OwnCloud client to the list of “Open at login” items of the MacOS user, no luck there either (the app gets removed from the list after a restart).
I’m on:
- ownCloud 5.3.1.14018 [f15fd5]
- MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1 (24A348)
I’ve seen some posts from years back when the client desktop version had some compatibility issues with the MacOS of the time, not sure if this is a similar case.
