We updated a test server from OCIS 2.0.0 to OCIS 3.0.0 and are getting a ton of “Connection closed” errors during both upload and download syncs on Windows Desktop Client 220.127.116.1196. Everything ran smoothly without issues using the same server and client under OCIS 2.0.0. Left running for long enough, the files all sync in the end, but it could be 10+ minutes for the Desktop Client to retry everything enough times to get the files up or down cleanly.
In OC10, reconfiguring the MPM seemed to fix this issue: Many "operation canceled"/"connection closed" errors during sync. But with OCIS being a totally different technology this doesn’t seem to apply here.
Any ideas on how to troubleshoot and solve this issue?
