No Files on uploads

Hi all, Thanks for the welcomes.

I have looked around a little with no obvious threads I could find in the top 100, that I could see an answer for my issues.

I operate a host on a linux server with a reputable host company. I am a reseller of the space, and occasionally get involved in apps etc for my clients.

Recently we installed an instance of owncloud on our system through the softaculous app installer. I installed the app on a new account on the server, so no conflicting installs etc.

Everything goes along nicely, and when logged in and uploading a file, with a small file (<100mb) it goes quickly and the upload bar disappears after the 100% is reached.

With files over 100mb, it stalls at around 5% and reload is needed before anything happens.

When the smaller ones are completed, it does not show in the file screen. After waiting for 15mins after the upload completes, I reload only to get a message about leaving the page etc I will loose my work.

I am unable to find where or what I need to adjust and am needing to move rather quickly on this. My Host company have no help for this software.

What you described is the error you are running in to, but nothing about your setup or the versions you are using.

Sorry for that.

As a new user the system is stopping me from uploading any files, or dropping logs etc into the window.
Can you tell me what you would like to see and I can cut and paste that so as to not fill the thread with unwanted stuff?

I would check permission of data/USERAME folder
