No Password Reset Link

I was provided access to an ownCloud website via a training course that I had completed.

The server is not mine, I only have access. I couldn't remember my password. I have tried to reset my password and still do not have a reset password email, it has now been almost 24 hours.

I am using a GMAIL account, has anyone encountered this before? Or have a solution?

I think you should contact the administrator of this owncloud server for any help.
