No Sync Following Account rearrange on cPanel

For some reason files are not syncing following an account rearrange on cPanel.

I've updated the config file with "/home2" instead of "/home" for "datadirectory" but other than that I'm at a loss where to look to fix this.

We run our own dedicated server for this so root access won't be an issue if needed.
