1. Server sending a notification email notification activity every 15 minute whtin the same content.

Server configuration
Operating system: Centos 7
Web server:Apache
Database: Mysql
PHP version: 5.4
ownCloud version (see ownCloud admin page): 9.1.0
Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install:
Special configuration (external storage, external authentication, reverse proxy, server-side-encryption):

ownCloud log (data/owncloud.log)

I resolve it to truncate de table Activity_mq.

But I think it's a bug OC.

Before posting please snip make sure that you're running the latest available version for your oC release: https://owncloud.org/changelog/

9.1.0 is quite outdated and you should always use a recent version (like 9.1.2) before reporting any issues with such outdated versions. This avoids that unnecessary support / time is spent on an issue which might be already fixed in a newer version.

If that issue is still happening with 9.1.2 you might want to report a new bug to https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues
