OC 9.1 Error messages in Log caused by background cron job

With Owncloud 9.1 I found strange error messages in the log caused by the OC background background job:

yes, discovered #25509

solved that issue. Remains only one major isue aufter upgrading to 9.1, but I'll put i into another new topic.

how did you apply the #25509. I download the two files but i got only an "internal server error"
