OC to OCIS Migration App

I want to migrate OC 10 to OCIS and it looks like there is a migrate-to-ocis app that makes just that.
(Migrating to ownCloud Infinite Scale :: Documentation for ownCloud (A Kiteworks Company))
But somehow I can’t find this in the marketplace, nor is it possible to download it somwhere else.

From where can I get it?
